The challenge

A company can have plenty of documents, yet people still end up asking colleagues for answers. Searching by hand takes time, and answering from memory can be wrong. Here, people can ask in plain language and see the document behind the answer.

Answer with a file link

The system answers from company documents and shows the file and page where the information was found. If the documents do not contain an answer, that is shown too.

Chat on the site

Add a chat to the website. Visitors can ask in their own words and get answers with links to the relevant documents.

Drive and wiki connections

Files from Google Drive, Confluence, and uploads are automatically placed in the right sections.
